We're all living in Amerika, Amerika is wonderful, We're all living in Amerika, Amerika, Amerika. We're all living in Amerika, Amerika is wonderful, We're all living in Amerika, Amerika, Amerika. Do you want me?(No, I don't) Do you need me? (No, I don't) Dance with me while I'm leading? (No, I can't) Will you love me? (No, I won't) This is not a love song. (No, its not) I don't sing my mothers tongue. (No, I don't) Africa for Santa Claus. and near Paris stands Mickey Mouse. We're all living in Amerika... We're all living in Amerika, America is wonderful, We're all living in Amerika, Amerika, Amerika Will you do it? (No, I won't) Should you do it? (No, I don't) Could you do it? (No, I can't) Will you please me? (No, I won't) If you don't want me... (You'll get hurt) If you don't need me... (You'll get hurt) If you don't love me... (You'll get hurt) Fuck you is the magic word. We're all living in Amerika, Amerika is wonderful, We're all living in Amerika, Amerika, Amerika We're all living in Amerika, Coca-Cola, wonderbra, We're all living in Amerika, Amerika, Amerika. This is not a love song, No, this is not a love song. This is how we do it, you'll get hurt Fuck you is the sweetest word. We're all living in Amerika, Amerika is wonderful, We're all living in Amerika, Amerika, Amerika. We're all living in Amerika, Coca-Cola, sometimes war. We're all living in Amerika, Amerika, Amerika.
What is this?! Does not match on my english Amerika.
OK, now it is updated. Thank you for notifying me.
Hehe I was just sending a message to Sinnlos about this.
And now it seems to be solved…
My mp3 has this version.
I haven’t heard other versions?
good luck
Well.. I still think that there is one part wrong.
But I think so, don’t know actually..
“Fuck you” is actually not the magic word. It’s “thank you” or “please.” Not “fuck you!”
well in some instances Fuck you is the right thing to say. but i do say the lyrics are funny as hell!
To bad for the “no, I don’t”s and “no, I can’t”s that are added.
Till, I do love you, need you, and would dance you any time.
Nice lyrics, for the rest.
this is true,as well as, I thank you, your welcome, may I, pardon me, . Ich bin Heimweh nach Deutschland. Ich leiber deustchland. Ich danke Ihnen, Sie willkommen I learned (learnt) two other ways to say thank you and your welcome–my grandfather, mein opa, spoke high german. the first words i learned were cuss words as I went fishing with grandpa. Sie können i, verzeih mir! Guten Tag to all.
I still like Fuck you…Scheiße Kopf!
Still, i don’t understand, why ramm’s were rejected about visiting usa for a several years (as i remember). There’s nothing too offensive in this song…
I think this song is cool.
some times “fuck you” is the magic word
well i have the english song… thanks to my friend and the magic word is fuck you.
this is the real english version i have it for my mp3
This is the proper lyrics for the English version. Though some of the lyrics are different when in German its still the same basics. They are inspiring in their music the fact of how American culture has over come the world and that sometimes yes I do believe it to that America bullies other countries around.
Will you do it? (No, I won’t)
Should you do it? (No, I don’t)
Could you do it? (No, I can’t)
Will you please me? (No, I won’t)
If you don’t want me… (You’ll get hurt)
If you don’t need me… (You’ll get hurt)
If you don’t love me… (You’ll get hurt)
Fuck you is the magic word.
That would be America asking first then warning other countries. Is this song controversial? Of course! It’s not far from the truth though so I don’t mind it. They always wrote a song along their views of Russia which is of how beautiful the country is but how corrupt it is as well. That song is Maskau. Of course most people will think cause they are German stating their inspiration of America would mean that their Nazis but its far from that. They are just like anyone else with a view and an opinion. They just are being heard more because of the media.
Great song all together.
Fuck you is the sweetest word lmao
This song is great and I live in America and this song isnt against america for all of you americans that think that, its just talking about the influence we have on the world and stuff like that
when was this released???
I havn’t heard this one i didn’t even know there was an english version of Amerika. Rammstein sounds better in german than in english though … notabably engel english version :Excellent lyrics just doesn’t sound as IMPRESSIVE.
Amerika(english version) was released on single Amerika.
Hey let me know if I’m wrong, but I’m listening to this song and in mine, I definitely hear “und vor Paris steht Mickey Mouse” not “and near Paris stands Mickey Mouse” Idk but I could just have a fucked up vers coz a friend gave me this. Just wanna know if anyone else has the same.
Nicole, You must have the original (German) version of the song, not the English version.
It is the fault of a translator … You have definitely a good version of the song … Also, I recommend songs Amerika (Western-Remix) and Amerika (Electro Ghetto Remix)…
@StarFkr
I don’t know what language u think I speak here in AUSTRALIA but I speak English fluently and can fucking understand it. SO I KNOW WHICH VERSION I AM LISTENING TO! I have both and can understand both versions of Amerika, but I was listening to the song (in English!) and reading the lyrics above and went Huh, my version doesn’t sound like it says this, it says this. I thought it was my bad version. So DO NOT treat me like I am ignorant and cant understand my mother tongue!!
@Cvetic
Thanks, I will definitely look up those versions they sound interesting. I’m glad that I’m listening to a good version, even though the R+ songs in English aren’t my faves.
@StarFkr
I wouldn’t have posted it on this page if it was in regards the the other version!!
@Nicole. I don’t believe at any point I made it out that you did not understand english and I also do not appreciate your attitude when I was only trying to help. If you are going to have a hissy fit then just move on.
You’re welcome….
@starFkr
No you did not, but I took what you wrote as if I didn’t know which version I was listening to, as if I didn’t understand English well. I’m sorry for getting so riled up at you.
@Nicole, it’s okay. Just remember that its always hard to interpret text as it has no personality value. The reason why I said you may have the english version is because of the lyrics you posted. I wasn’t under the impression that you knew german (mine is very weak heh) and I apologize as well.
Hey Nicole, I’m listening to the English version of Amerika on Youtube, and sure enough, it does say “Africa for Santa Claus, und vor Paris steht Mickey Maus”.
