If you are really interested in hearing your favorite band in every movie, then be advised of the new release called “Same Same But Different”. This German movie features following artists on its soundtrack: Peter Fox, Rammstein, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Cat Power, Yves Montand and Miss Kittin.

Release date of this movie is 21 January 2010 in Germany and current IMDB rating is 7/10 which is not bad…

After quite a long time, I would like to introduce a brand new logo for this website. No copyright infringement, no Rammstein complaints and no law suits I hope. These are the main reason for changing the old one (if you are fan of this site for a long time you may remember the burning Rammstein heart). The winner of the contest is chiQ and she will get a free ITDW single once it’s released.

Another thing is that our Facebook group has almost 1000 fans and the number is constantly growing! Once again, thank you all.

As you may have noticed, we are currently using black and white cover art depicting a heart. Today I discovered another e-shop providing us with following cover. Which one will be the official one? We’ll see soon, stay tuned.

As we expected, Combichrist will continue touring with Rammstein also in 2010. They are confirmed for upcoming shows (January – March 2010).

Which artist did you expect or prefer? R.I.P. Apocalyptica, we will always remember those days….

MTV music pay tribute to the German heavy metal band Scorpions celebrating its 25th anniversary concert will be recorded multiordinario which Bourdeaux Forum in Lyon, France, where great exponents of the great country intrerpretaran Teuton successful album released by Klaus Mine . Bands like Rammstein, Helloween, Kreator, Nina Hagen, Oomph!, Epsilon and Tokio Hotel.

This confirmed that Rammstein will play “Winds of Change”, closing the tribute.

Are there future plans to make other videos from the album, or will you be too busy with the tour in the coming months to work on that?

Landers:

There are two more videos already in the works. ‘Ich Tuh Dir Weh’ was shot last week by the band, and it’s a straight performance video that we shot on our new stage. The other video will be for ‘Haifisch,’ and it’s going to be a classic Rammstein video with a story behind it, but I’d rather not give any more details and let you be surprised by it. The band will also be touring Europe soon, and in fall of 2010, we hope to be in North America.

As you already know, this webpage has not really a great logo. Since we can not use the Rammstein logo and the word “Rammstein” at all in the logo, we are still looking for some suitable Affenknecht logo. Few months ago, people started to upload their submission and we are close to start the final voting. Before I choose the best uploads for the finall voting, let me stimulate you a bit.

If your design will be chosen as a new Affenknecht logo, you’ll win the single Ich tu dir weh, which will be released in January. Isn’t it great?

Timetable:

on or around December 25th, 2009 the thread will be closed and only the best submission will proceed to the final voting.

few days later, the best one will be chosen (not necessarily the one which won the poll – this would be just a recommendation for me) and the graphic will be reworked on this page.
