As you already know from our news, Flake was replaced by Alf Ator. The reason was that Flake had some health problems, probably a throat infection. Now it seems Rammstein keyboardist are somehow cursed. On the way to Rostock concert, Alf Ator had an accident and totaled his car on the highway. The good news is, that Alf is unhurt, only his BMW is “scratched a bit”. Please change the tires already, winter is coming!

Please note that Rammstein keyboardist, Flake, was not at tonight’s show in Copenhagen, Denmark. At the start of the show, frontman Till Lindemann made the announcement “Ladies and Gentlemen, Due to a severe infection, our keyboard player Flake Lorenz was taken yesterday to the hospital. We did not want to cancel this concert and have brought in a substitute; a warm round of applause for Alf Atorthat (Knorkator keyboardist).”
It is unclear at this time how many more shows Flake might miss due to his illness, but he is reportedly already out and doing better. People in attendance have confirmed that the band didn’t walk Alf like a dog or make him use the treadmill.

Rammstein will release it’s new music video, Ich Tu Dir Weh this week, and it is heavily rumored to debut tomorrow. The single CD and download will not be available until the end of January.
We will see on Tuesday if the video appears or not. But this week should be the ONE.

The single will be released very soon (18dec09) and server Gauntlet.com already provided a very (better to say extremely) short teaser. The video reminds me of the live show scene…but anyway, ply it yourself.

As of today, not even the instrumental version of “Ich tue dir weh” will be played in Germany any longer because otherwise, persons younger than 18 years would not be allowed to visit the concerts. We believe it shall have no effect on other countries.

A 4th name is confirmed for the Rock Werchter 2010. It is the best shockrock with a wink. RAMMSTEIN. Show! Sensation! You immediately know when Rammstein are around. As was to be expected, the birth of ‘Liebe Ist Für Alle Da’ (2009) caused a lot of fuss. Back in Germany, the band’s sixth album was barred from stores because of its offensive cover art and the S&M lyrics of ‘Ich Tu Dir Weh’.
The festival park is located alongside the Haachtsesteenweg in Werchter (Belgian province of Flemish Brabant)
