Rammstein won at the Echo Awards 2012, in the categories of rock / alternative artist and most successful act abroad. The band was also nominated in the categories of best live act and best national video (for the videoclip of Mein Land). You can check the winners of all categories on this link.
Additionally, but with the absence of Till Lindemann, the band performed at the ceremony together with Marilyn Manson, playing The Beautiful People. Here is a video of the action:

The Metaltown Festival is a two day festival featuring heavy metal music bands, held in Gothenburg, Sweden. It has been arranged annually since 2004, taking place at the Frihamnen venue.
The most recent festival, 26-27 June 2009, included bands such as Marilyn Manson, Slipknot, Opeth, Napalm Death, and Disturbed.

This is not really a Rammstein news, just a little info. The rocker Marilyn Manson has a swine flu and of course knows how to commercialize. He writes in his MySpace Celebrity blog:’So I have officially been diagnosed, by a real doctor, with THE SWINE FLU. ‘I know everyone will suggest that f***ing a pig is how this disease was obtained.’However, the doctor said my past choices in women have in no way contributed to me acquiring this mysterious sickness. Just imagine what would happen if any of Rammstein band members get infected by this terrible disease. We hope that Manson will not die and will recover soon.
